Description:A 12-year-old boy is on trial for killing his neo-Nazi father when he was just 10-years-old. He says he saw the same crime on "Criminal Minds" and the boy was not punished. The prosecutors say he has a violent past, but defenders say because of his upbringing, he has a skewed view of right and wrong. It will take place in juvenile court.
