Walked my ass off!!

Id say I did about 10 miles today and the Im not tired but my left leg anterior cruciate ligament is killing me!!  For those that know Sac Started from home which is on Meadowview not far from 24th to the post office on Franklin and Brookfield, stopped at the homes on Sequoia then back home.  Filled up the water and off to the library on 24th about a block or so from Florin.  Back home.  Filled up the water then to Home Depot, Starbucks (meeting) and Staples all on Meadowview and Amherst and Freeport.  Back home.  Gotta tell you the ego says we already had nice calves but with all the walking and biking the past 4 months good Lord.  The ego cant contain himself.
