e waiting. First one there. 8 other guys show up and we are waiting with security!! Hella long. Past the test start time!! WTF?? Anyway we finally go in to the testing room and get thrown a curve. "First off you all will be given a test to see if you qualify to take the test." Double WTF? Now I didnt care cuz Im smarter than the average bear (better agree DJ... I dont like your bears and I dont mean Jeter and Beary!!!) but these other guys are nervous as a chicken at a Juneteenth celebration. 9 of us. 30 questions. gotta get a 70%. Well 3 guys didnt make the first cut. On to the real test. Pieces of cake but why is I be concerned? Im the second youngest there and Im 46. Youngest was a 24 year old fresh out the Maritime academy. Now I know they aint be supposed to age discriminate but lets be real. If there wasnt affirmative action how many non black employers would really hire an equally qualified black man? I hate to say it but its true. There are all kinds of discriminations be takin place! BTW he was black also. Just looked like Halle Berry's parent. The white one. So why take the qualified used to makin 6 figure black guy when you can take the much younger highly impressioanable ask no questions tell no lies (I dont lie... its a figure of speech dammit) wet behind the ears youngin? Not to worry. Ill just wow em at the interview!! Here's what ILL BE WEARING!!! Yeah with no shoes and Jordan socks!! What you think??
