So welcome to Darz first episode of "The Ghetto Movie Review!"
OK so with the cancellation of "The Ghetto Bungy jumping show" a time slot opened after Sheila's Ghetto cooking show so Im going for it. My reviews will be my opinions only and contain no spoilers.
This weeks review... Gran Torino
Starring Clint Eastwood. Nobody else matters.
This story is about a disgruntled grumpy old bigoted racist white man that equally hates everybody. Asians move in next door. Hates em. Insults his barber (white) which is what I guess old white folks do in a fun loving way. Anyway while he does own a bad ass Gran Torino you'll have to wait til the end of the movie to see how it ties in as the title of the story.
Synopsis. Next door neighbor fights peer pressure. Gives in to peer pressure and tries to steal Clints car. Toad is forgiven reluctantly by Clint after time.. Clint takes young Toad under his wing and helps him and family through tough times. Clint is a man who "finishes things." End of the movie you'll get that one. Nuff said.
My opinions...
Acting - Clint was great... I didnt give any other names cuz I forgot them already.
Action - Minimal.
Plot - Very good
Sex - none
Boobage - none
Darz is going to give this a 4.5 outta 5 watermelons til he figures out wtf he is doing...

Pamela Thisisme Tate-Roger How you given Grand Torino a 4.5 outta 5 and Taken gets a 3 outta 5? I'm thinking a 4 for each of them. Grand Torino is Clint Eastwood playing all of his other characters without the subtle racism at Liam Neeson stretched and became a character we have nevers een him play before.

Denise Cotton-Royal Good review but you gotta give mention to the young asian chic. She acted one of the hardest parts of the movie. And I know Clint walks on water, but Toad's performance knocks the movie down from a 4.5 to a 3.75.
